It's the feeling that you can figure it out and that you have everything inside of you to deal with whatever the world throws at you. Are you conscious of your strengths and weaknesses? The secret to your longterm successful career are your habits and routines. You are what you repeatedly do. This component is the key to consistently performing on your highest level - to fulfill your full potential in sport and in life.
